OGA audio is what actually exists here, and it gets encoded straight into a MP4 media container. No artwork or motion is invented, so the resulting MP4 file can carry no meaningful video stream at all. OGA is demultiplexed into Ogg packets and identified as Vorbis, Opus, FLAC, or another audio mapping before granule timing and comments are applied. MP4 delivery organizes web-friendly video and audio tracks with sample timing and fast-start concerns; captions, chapters, rotation, and auxiliary streams are separate preservation choices.
Decoded media - An Ogg audio file whose container may hold Vorbis, FLAC, Opus, or another audio codec. Encoded delivery profile - A broadly supported MPEG-4 container written here with H.264 video and AAC audio when those streams exist.

The OGA suffix does not prove which codec a player must decode, so extension-only compatibility checks are unreliable.
An audio-only source does not gain pictures, and ancillary streams such as captions may not carry over.
The verified MP4 profile uses H.264 video at CRF 23 and AAC audio at 192 kbit/s, with fast-start metadata.
Inspect the contained codec, sample rate, channels, duration, tags, and playback in the receiving application.
Test playback, seeking, audio sync, dimensions, and whether the expected video stream actually exists.
Use this route only when the receiving workflow specifically accepts audio inside MP4. It is not a music-visualizer or slideshow generator.
